Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days from purchase. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic order processing times can be slower than normal 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local Pick up free & Local Delivery (within 6 miles of our shop location) on purchases over $30 is also free. (ABQ Metro area)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to materials receiving delays.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Sage Work Organics ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses and internationally.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of confirmation email. You can choose to receive text updates for tracking info.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Sage Work Organics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Sage Work Organics is normally not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please do contact us as well in order to help resolve issues with carrier.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We do ship outside of the USA and it's territories. This incurs a higher shipping chagre and this is updated at time of purchase. Please allow for longer shipping times for international locations.
