Michael has been working with plants since 1990. His foundation is folk herbalism — the kind learned through practice, observation, and deep study of traditional plant wisdom that predates certification programs by centuries. That foundation was later deepened through formal clinical training, giving him both the intuitive fluency of a folk practitioner and the structural knowledge of a clinically trained herbalist.
